TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions apply to makeup services provide by KAKEIKII to you. Upon booking a makeup application with Kellee Kernohan, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Kellee Kernohan requires information on whether the client has allergies. In no event shall Kellee Kernohan have any liability for incidental, or consequential damages however characterised, for example, eczema, sensitive skin and eyes.
DEPOSITS
All makeup appointments require a non-refundable $80 deposit and given notice of at least 48 hours notice to reschedule your booking, otherwise, your deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee. If no deposit is taken at the time of booking your makeup appointment, then the cancellation fee still applies if less than 48 hours notice is given.
Please note that if you have to postpone your booking due to Covid-19 restrictions or lockdown your deposit can be transferred to your new date if available, otherwise a credit will be applied to your account.
Further remaining balances are to be paid by EFT machine facility or cash.
PAYMENT
All deposits are paid securely online through my online booking system. Payment types include direct deposit, Eftpos or cash. Should a direct deposit payment method be chosen, you are required to email kakeikimakeup@hotmail.com a payment receipt provided to you by your bank.
CANCELLED BOOKINGS
If for any reason you need to cancel your makeup application, please notify me in accordance with the details listed in the services above. At that time, I will reschedule your booking or provide a credit for rescheduling a future date.
